This was truly a disgusting lack of customer service. The least the “manager” could’ve done was given us at least 500 points so that our kids could’ve picked out prizes, but instead we got the cold shoulder and “not my problem” response from Bobby K. If the cameras were truly looked at, they would’ve shown we had over 500 points (and that was early on). My son, who was in tears, only wanted the cheap toy prizes that we earned. We spent over $600 at both alley oops locations over this past week and all we got was a “sorry not our problem”. I talked to two managers, both could’ve cared less and expressed that they had no interest in the situation. ![]() My son looked back and our card was gone. My 7 year old son set down his play card and turned to us excited that he just got two blue chips playing the wizard of oz game. First by a blonde manager and then by Bobby K, we were told “sorry we don’t give away free stuff” after spending $100 on a play card.
